Label Change
Good afternoon. I have been a member on eBay since 2012 as a buyer and now I decided to sell. Three days ago I made a sale where the buyer paid the shipping. I follow all the steps, I go to the post office, the person who answered me tells me that the label does not match what I am sending, I tell her to help me with that, she agrees and tells me that I should remove the label and write those data by hand in a new label. I do what he tells me, the person prints a new label with the data she had and places the two labels in the package, the one I wrote by hand and the new one she printed. I pay the amount for the new shipment and now the package is on its way. My question is:
How do I remedy this situation since the buyer is going to receive the package with another label that is not from eBay?
Is there a way to put the new label data on eBay to show that the customer will receive the package? So I can receive the money from the sale and receive the additional payment for the new shipment.
