Label cancellation
The dimensions on my label are incorrect. The buyer paid for shipping. If I cancel the current label, do I refund the shipping to the buyer? Will I get refunded for the current label in a few weeks if I refund the buyer now?

You do not refund the buyer for shipping. The buyer pays you the shipping and you use that to purchase the label. The buyer does not purchase the label. The buyer's payment to eBay includes the item, the shipping you set on your listing, and any tax they owe. eBay takes their selling fees out and sends you the balance.
If you purchased a label where the information was incorrect you void(cancel) it, then purchase a correct one and ship the item. You will be refunded for the canceled label.
Go to your shipping labels page and find the unused label. In the drop down actions menu is the option to void the label. You have 28 days to void USPS, UPS, and FedEx labels. eBay Standard Envelope labels are non-voidable once they have been printed. If it was a USPS label it will take up to 21 days for them to verify it was not used and send your refund. More details on the page below.
