Don't know what Label Broker is, but sounds like an issue to take up with them and not Ebay.

@kensgiftshop , label broker is the QR code generator for eBay labels, which I understand have been problematic for many sellers today.

Ok.

I don't use the QR codes and thought it might be another site like stamps.com or Pirate Ship.

I've seen a few post about problems with the QR codes today.
