How to cancel/get a refund on a label that shows as "used", however I have not used it and it still shows as "in transit".

How to cancel/get a refund on a label that shows as "used", however I have not used it and it still shows as "in transit".

Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels
Locate the Order. Click the down-arrow. Select VOID label. You have 28 days from the date you printed the label in order to void the label. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used.
