l ordered pack of 3 but got as single
this seller cheated me, l ordered 15 units as a pack of three total of 45, and l paid for this over 1000 dollars, but l got 15 units as a single unit, as the track item is shown delivered. Still, it was delivered as a single not pack of 3, Does eBay money guarantee cover it? seller didn't respond to any questions for investigation, l have proof as a document from the warehouse that they got less than expected and also began an investigation with ups

Go to your purchase history, file an Item not as described return - does not match pictures or description. You will get a pre paid shipping label to return what you got 1 instead of 3 ... you will need to supply a picture as part of the return process. You do not have to message the Seller through this process.
When tracking shows the Seller has the shipment back they have 2 days to refund you, if they don't then go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in to force the refund.
