KRAZY KLEAN toilet water stain treatment - impostor at work?

I've been buying here and there, this wonderful toilet product called KRAZY KLEAN that is a treatment designed to eliminate the toilet bowl "ring". The product is noted to be "marketed" out of a Miami, Florida address. THOUGHT I was buying SAME here on EBAY, but as it arrived today? It was clearly a Chinese product (which the other may be, BUT, NOT SURE it is the SAME) called "Jue Fish" and looks somewhat different made out of Shantou, China. This is confusing and rather dangerous when we speak...

I don't know about the product.

But if the item you received is not the item that you ordered, you should open a Return Request. The reason could be "Different from what I ordered > Didn't Match Description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.
