Known fraud
A buyer purchased a used item for a significant amount of money and a month later claimed to not recognize the charge. His financial company and Ebay has sided with him even though I have proof he is committing fraud. The item was delivered to a camp ground and a signature was required. The camp ground has confirmed he was a guest in that spot on the delivery date. How can I file an appeal on this?
