knock off item
I purchased a TRX system that is a knock off. Unfortunately, I failed to open it in a timely fashion because the box looked good (genuine) and I had no one to help with the installation. I found help and opened it today and it is definitely not TRX as advertised. I contacted the seller who referred me to ebay help. Since I am past 90 days I cannot figure out how to obtain help from ebay - I end up in a loop to nowhere . How do I get help on an item that is clearly fraudulent but past the window of return? Thanks

Mentor2 years agoThe return window is 30 days, not 90 days, so eBay can not help you by a wide margin.
Call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for a counterfeit item received.
