Knock off golf club
Six weeks ago I purchased what I thought was a new OEM Ping driver. Upon visiting a Ping retailer yesterday the owner was able to spot differences in the head that made him feel that it was a knock off. He called his rep at Ping and read him the serial number, and it was confirmed as a cheap chinese knock off. The seller is not responding to my messages and it appears that as 30 days has elapsed, I'm out of options for a refund.

Mentor8 months agoSince it has been more than 30 days since the transaction took place, ebay cannot help you. However, if you paid with a credit card, you can contact the card issuer regarding a chargeback. Credit card companies can usually be contacted within 180 days of purchase.
