Klarna - what does a seller have to do to accept Klarna as a form of payment?

My listings say that I accept Klarna, but I have a buyer who is unable to use Klarna to make a purchase from me. Is there something that I need to do in my listings to allow him to buy the item?

Ebay handles payments, seller don't have to do anything.

If the buyer is having difficulty processing their Klarna payment, they can choose a different payment method.
