If you offer the buyer to be able to pay with Klarna, are you paid in full when the item sells or do you get payments based on the number of interest free payments made by the buyer?

You get paid the same no matter how the buyer pays - the full amount goes into your payment account, eBay takes their fees and you get the balance after paying for shipping, if you buy your label through eBay.
You never know how the buyer pays. eBay determines what payment methods can be used on each item.
