Kindle paperwhite was reported lost/stolen after I purchased it
Back in November, I purchased a kindle paperwhite. It worked great at first.
last week I had an issue with it, and trying to fix it, I de-registers it from at Amazon account, and tried to register it again.
that didn’t work. When I called Amazon’s customer service, they told me the kindle paperwhite has been black listed as the person who sold it on eBay reported it lost or stolen about 2 weeks after I purchased it.
amazon said to contact eBay. But since it’s been longer than 6 months since I bought it, I can’t find a link to reach out to customer service.
what can I do?

Ebay protects Buyers for 30 days after delivery. After that, your option is to file a chargeback with your payment company. They also have deadlines.
