Kick Drum Returned but never Refunded
Hi! I never accepted a kick drum that I purchased b/c I'd asked the seller to cancel the order since it had been over 6 months since the purchase. So he received the item back never even opened it and yet still refuses to refund my money even though he now has it listed (still) on ebay for sale. Yes, it's been over the 90 days b/c of the delay in receiving the item originally and then sending it back to him and repeatedly requesting a refund. He offered a partial refund and I still never received that. Is there anyway to still receive a refund and/or leave feedback for this seller?
