Kelstei4256 is a fraud EBay doesn’t care
Won an auction 6/28 paid immediately, still hasn’t shipped. The seller @kelstei4256 is ignoring my request of when shipping could be expected. I’ve contacted Ebay, they just keep saying wait, I’ve requested they contact seller, ignored. Contacted bank, have to pay to cancel payment. Thought this was supposed to be a safe place to purchase things. Clearly not!!

Mentor2 years agoBy eBay rules you have to wait until one day after the last estimated delivery date shown on your purchase history before you can open an Item Not Received cased. This is why eBay is asking you to wait. Since tracking if for the benefit of the seller only you do not know if they actually shipped or not since they may have not gone through eBay to purchase the shipping label which would automatically add tracking information to the purchase history.

This is a new seller. They may be overwhelmed at your pestering.
Buyers can request a cancellation but the seller is not obligated. This seller is new. Maybe they don’t know how to cancel.
Tracking is for the seller. Wait for the item to arrive. If it doesn’t come, you have the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
There was no need to blast this new buyer with a negative days before the item is due to arrive.

OP2 years agoSo being new means you don’t understand how to ship something in the three days allotted? I contacted the seller once, nicely asking when I could expect a tracking number. If contacting a seller once, 3 business days later is overwhelming, maybe they shouldn’t be selling!
