Mentor11 months agoThe seller might have accidentally switched shipping labels. Go to your Purchase history and see if you have items you have not yet received. Use the CONTACT SELLER link and let the seller know what you received and ask if s/he might have accidentally switched shipping labels with the item you purchased.
If you are using the new messaging system, start typing where it says SEND MESSAGE. The area will enlarge as you type. When done typing, click on that "paper airplane" looking arrow on the right side to send the message.

If you can seal the package so it appears to not have been opened then you can mark it return to sender. Otherwise just keep or donate it.
