Keeps giving me new account. I’ve had an account more than 20 years
Trying to log in on 2nd cell phone and keep getting new account.
I’ve had my account since 1999!

Mentor2 years agoSign out of the new account and sign back in using your original username and password.

Mentor2 years agoIf you have the app on your phone -- even if you are not using it -- clear your eBay app cache and data. Or delete the eBay app entirely.
If you are are using a browser, delete your eBay cookies and browser history.
Then go to ebay.com in your browser and sign in to your eBay account using your original eBay username and eBay password, not using a social media account (which may be associated with an entirely different eBay account).
