keep missing counteroffers
So I've just discovered 3 more missed counteroffers that are now expired. I'm not getting a notification of any kind from ebay...not in my messages, not in an email, not even a notification alert on my dashboard. I've gone into communication settings and cannot find any box that specifies best offer or counteroffer notifications. Please advise
