Keep getting returns from Ebay?
Summary: firefitepc is experiencing issues with a package being returned from the eBay shipping hub in the UK despite confirming the address with the buyer. They provided the lot and item numbers, identifying the items as two small diecast parts. Participants requested the item number for further assistance and clarified whether the return occurred at the hub or after shipment to the UK. firefitepc indicated the rejection happened at the hub.
I have sent a small package to the UK both tamest grad to the Ebay shipping hub and gets sent back. Who pays for the shipping and why is it returned, I checked with the buyer and checked the address twice. Dave

The title of the item including the words Canon Ball is most likely why it does NOT qualify for the eBay International Shipping Program. The system searches for keywords and blocks items that are not allowed.
You need to revise your listings and remove direct by you shipping and only sell the item to the US. OR try revising the title and relist it.
You do need to refund the buyers since the item was returned to you before reaching the buyer and was NOT shipped with the eBay International Shipping Program.

It is very confusing that eBay also has the eBay International Shipping Program
The hub for this shipping program is located in Glendale Heights Ill.
I know that you didn't use the eBay International Shipping Program because it is not offered on the listing.
When you offer First Class International Shipping on a listing you can choose the eBay International Standard Delivery option when you buy the label. ( I do NOT recommend this option as it does not have seller protection like the other shipping program does)
The item is most likely being rejected at the eBay International Standard Delivery
hub for the same reason that the eBay International Shipping Program
rejects it. The keywords in the title of Canon Ball which I mentioned before.
You need to revise your listings and remove direct by you shipping so you do not continue to have this problem.
Here's an example of a listing that DOES qualify for the eBay International Shipping Program
https://www.ebay.com/itm/267577197645 If you look at the listing on a computer and change your country on the shipping page it will show you the list of countries AND most importantly the shipping method.
I know that this is confusing. I am trying to explain clearly so please let me know if you have any questions.
