Keep getting error of a problem when trying to print or purchase shipping label

Question

I've tried for two days now to print shipping labels purchased by buyer and to purchase labels and keep getting the there is a problem error, please try again later. I get this on the app, the website on Google and safari, on both Mac and android platforms and the ridiculous have an agent call you is crap as when they do call my phone doesn't even ring (spam call filters are off), AND my seller payment is good. So what in you know what is going on!!

Make sure the to/from address formats are correct here:

https://tools.usps.com/zip-code-lookup.htm?byaddress

Also scroll to the very bottom of the create label page and check the postage payment selection is valid.
