You do have a store subscription.
I don't know if you have a Starter Store or a Basic store.
If you just have a starter store then you should consider upgrading to a basic store. OR have no more than 250 active listings.
Automatic relists do come out of the 250 listing allotment each month.
You currently have 382 active listings.
