Kauf wurde abgebrochen
Hallo,
ich habe gestern als Höchstbietende einen Artikel erworben.
Eine Stunde nach Transaktionsende erhielt ich vom Verkäufer die Nachricht, dass der Kauf abgebrochen wurde. Auf meine Anfrage erhielt die Information, dass der Artikel nicht mehr zum Verkauf steht (ich vermute, dass wohl der Erlös zu gering war) .
Der Verkäufer hat nur einige Artikel zum Verkauf, so dass er wohl vor Auktionsende weiß, welche Ware er eingestellt hat.
Meine Frage, ist dieses Geschäftsgebaren mit den ebay Kriterien vereinbar oder kann man dagegen Einspruch erheben?

Mentor3 years agoebay does not like sellers disappointing buyers, so sellers will have a defect recorded on their accounts if they cancel for the reason Out of Stock or damaged. Too many defects and the seller can be restricted or suspended. If the seller states that the Buyer asked to cancel, or there is a Problem with the buyer's address, there is no defect. Yu can report the seller if that is what happened.

2. On the next page, enter the seller's ID and select Other.
3. In the comment section, write "Seller cancelled order stating that I requested the cancellation in order to avoid a defect."
