Just wondering how to contact an eBay representative?
I received an item that says it’s still shipping and I want to make sure the seller gets paid.

Your seller will get paid whether or not the tracking shows delivered. Their money will be released about 30 days after the expected delivery.
You can leave positive feedback for your buyer.
There isn't anything else you can do.
