·2 years agoeBay's Money Back Guarantee is valid for up to 30 days after purchase or 30 days after the expected arrival date. A buyer must open a "not received" claim within that period, so it is up to the buyer to keep track of purchases.
Listing details are purged from the eBay site after 90 days.
Some credit cards allow buyers to open a chargeback dispute up to 180 days after the purchase. That is where you are now, and that window has probably also closed.
Beyond that, I'm afraid you are out of luck. For future reference, please keep abreast of eBay's 30 day windows. You can open a "not received" request from within your Purchase History up to 30 days beyond the last estimated delivery date.
