Is this a scam? can i cancel? not comfortable with it.

Mentor2 years agoTo be covered with ebay's seller protection, you need to send to the SHIP TO address attached to the payment. When the buyer went to ebay Checkout, s/he saw the SHIP TO address. If s/he wanted the item shipped elsewhere, s/he should have clicked on the CHANGE option and made the change before paying. You can cancel the order with the reason Problem with buyer's address, relist the item, and the buyer repurchases and this time, makes sure the SHIP TO address is correct.
