If they have already paid, the invoice option will not come up. This option only shows up for those that have yet to pay for their items.

If you are looking to print a packing list, that can be found under your order's page under the drop down either in front or behind the order itself.

Those buyers that purchased more than one item can have their order grouped when purchasing a label using the bulk shipping tool.
