Just sold an item out of stock.
Just sold an item that is no longer available. When I go to cancel sale, eBay is asking me for a method of payment. However eBay will not pay me until item is delivered?

·10 months agoThe buyer paid, correct? You will need a payment method to fund the refund up front, then eBay will release the buyer’s payment to you. I know it feels confusing if you haven’t done it before.
