Just sold an item and am shipping USPS PriorityMail. How come home pickup is not an option anymore?
When shipping USPS Priority Mail, home pickup has always been an option, and I've shipped items bigger and heavier than this package (its under 2 pounds, large 18x12 inch bubble envelope). Now I've got to make a trip on my lunch break to the post office - at least a half hour out of my day. Why is the at home pickup not an option anymore? Is it ebay or USPS that isn't offering the service anymore? Either way, it makes it more difficult and not worth my while to sell on ebay.

Ask USPS.
Ebay does not handle package deliveries/pickups.

You should be able to schedule pickup at your home. If the USPS doesn't offer pickup to your address, that is USPS, not eBay.

OP2 years agoAhh thank-you!! Yes I was able to schedule home pickup on the USPS website which is great. I still don't understand why it's not coming up as an option when I buy the shipping label which it always did in the past. Seems like they're hiding the option of the home pickup. Ok thanks again!
