Just put on a purchase

So I just put in a purchase for my little one and then I read some reviews and someone said this company is sending out fake FedEx labels and tracking number saying it's going to come but never does, and now I'm scared I just got scammed..I really would like the product and so I wanted to get advice from eBay itself about this company, thank u so much

In the future, you read the seller's feedback BEFORE you make the purchase. You can use the CONTACT SELLER and request nicely to please cancel the purchase, but the seller is under no obligation to do so.

Go to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back.

If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an
Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.

If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
