Just paid Buy It Now Price, seller canclled & refunded me then relisted $20 higher
What are my options here? I just paid full asking price for a sports card (buy it now). Then after I paid, the seller cancelled and refunded my order. Then he relisted the same sportscard $20 high for Buy it Now. I know it's the same card because it has a serial # on it. Can I make him perform and sell it to me for the original price?
