"Just didn't like the item" issues for returns when we offer free shipping and free returns
I can't grasp this reason for returning anything without a fair explanation, especially when we offer to pay to ship free on our dime and then offer a free label to return. The least should be a fair reason on why buyers want to return anything with an explanation, how are we supposed to relist, when returned when its mentioned, "just didn't like it" was something wrong, item came damaged, etc?? We noticed lots of these we items we sell and figure its a cheap reason to try out our parts we sell and just return them without a fair reason for full refund on our dime.. cost of doing business, over the top on this reason, same for "changed mind" really. buyers need to be held somewhat accountable for their actions

Mentor11 months ago@kurtzzzz I understand that this is frustrating, however when you have Free Returns a buyer can return the item for any reason.
At least they chose a remorse reason so it doesn't go on your service metrics>
