Just bought an item and seller profile dissapeared
I just bought an item and the seller's profile disappeared off the system right after my payment went through but my order is still active. Should I be trying to cancel my transaction? or reporting this to someone? I've never seen this before and it makes me nervous.
I appreciate your thoughts.

You will not be able to cancel but you are still covered by the eBay MBG: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Normally you only have to wait one day paste the estimated delivery date to file a claim that you did not receive your item but in your case requesting a call back from eBay may move things along quicker: eBay Customer Service

OP1 year agoThank you mr_lincoln. I feel a little better and maybe the seller will still honor the transaction and ship the item. Although I'm not sure how I'll know if they no longer have a user profile on here. Thank you for the help and I'll fall back on MBG if worse comes to worse.
