This is a request to change E-bay policy on what is use-able and what is NOT.
If an engine has not be compression tested, it must not be sold on E-bay.
If an engine has not had the exhaust manifolds removed without snapping off the bolts, IE: damaging the head's
(you know this one) it cannot be sold on E-bay.
On transmissions, if the front pump pressure doesn't meet MF spec, it cannot be sold on ebay.
Do i need to go on or is the "common Sense" part of everyone's brain active now!
To do what is done now, is a waste of everyone's time. As of now, without these, and many other safeguards, every engine and Transmission sold with out ANY spec, is a core, not usable without machine shop help or other repairs.
This cause the entire transaction to be an actual Fraud.
You know it's not tested, You claim it "RUNS GOOD".
You bought off the junkyard "INTERWEB" and have never seen it!
