Junk laptop
I purchased a laptop and just at a month the computer crashed . I took it to a computer technician and he told me the computer did not have the hardware installed in it that the listing said it had. Also he said the seller more than likely knew the computer was about to fail and hurried up and sold it . Finding out from the computer technician that the seller lied about the hardware installed in the computer I he sold me makes me want my money back. I used the computer 5 times before it crashed then I find out I was lied to about upgraded hardware. Even though it’s been past the cutoff time for return it took a while to get it in for someone to look at it . Is there anything I can do.

Since the 30 day Ebay Money Back Guarantee period has passed, you can file a dispute through Paypal if you used Paypal to process your payment or your credit card company.
