Juniper Radios Sold Without Operating License
I would like to formally request a refund for the Juniper radio access points I purchased on eBay.
After receiving and reviewing the equipment, I discovered that the Juniper radios do not include the required operating licenses. Without valid licenses, the Juniper radios cannot be legally or functionally operated, rendering them unusable for their intended purpose. This condition was not disclosed at the time of purchase; as such, the items do not conform to the product description or reasonable buyer expectations.
Due to the lack of operating licenses, I am requesting a full refund for the affected access points under eBay's buyer protection and refund policies. I need help finding eBay's customer service email address to which I can address this letter
