Now I get this message after going back and forth with EBAY about WI sales tax exemption for Silver coins. They want an Excel spreadsheet. I'm a Senior on a cellphone, with no experience with Excel spreadsheets.
WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO DO THIS. DO IT YOURSELF EBAY!

We are not exempting the whole account for Wisconsin Precious Metal purchase exemption. We will keep the exemption certificate on file so we can process refunds for the purchases that need to be tax exempt.
Please send us the order details in an Excel spreadsheet in the following format for each item, at the end of every month, so we can refund the sales tax on the items purchased
