Did you find an item on another site, reach out to the seller and receive an emailed invoice telling you to purchase gift cards, promising a five day inspection period with no risk?
If so, that is a scam.
To purchase an item on eBay, you must find the item on eBay and check out using eBay's checkout, and pay using an approved payment method.
