Jeep vehicle not correctly portrayed in advertisement

Hello,

I have been attempting to return a Jeep vehicle to Ebay . The vehicle is depicted on my site as awaiting pick up. The Car courier recommended by Seller did not record the pick-up and I am struggling to get help from Ebay as the vehicle has technically not yet been picked up in their data.

What can I do at this point? A courier picked up the vehicle and delivered to a family member's farm. The vehicle is in very bad shape and was nor correctly represented by seller. The seller has admitted fault to some damage found but has stated that he does not have the financial ability to return funds and properly accept a claim.

Please can someone help.

Vehicles are not returnable on eBay. The buyer is expected to examine the vehicle and test drive it, preferably with a mechanic, before money changes hands.
