Janky order
I had a buyer pay for an order I printed the label and my expense because I offered free shipping and dropped the item off to be shipped 30 minutes later the customer asked to cancel the order even though it was fully paid for . I’ve already delivered item to be shipped

·3 years agoLet the buyer know that you shipped as soon as you got their order and it is already on the way.
If the item is valuable to you, you can contact the carrier to retrieve the shipment, but it is usually costly. Otherwise, when the buyer receives the item, they can ask for a return and you can accept as long as they pay the return shipping. Or, you could instruct the buyer to refuse delivery and then issue a full or partial refund when it arrives back to you.

OP3 years agoThe item had free shipping so I would lose regardless in this case because of what they did .. and they had full understanding before they paid for the item
