James bond 522

Question

Hey community I was looking g at James bond funko.pops and came up on a seller saying its extremely rare and asking 30,000.00 for this pop but I have one I bought for 28 dollars any idea why a ja.es bond pop cost 10 times more than a think metallic blue eyes.seems hard to believe I would hate to.see some novice thinks he has a gold.. the small.pri t says will goes as low as 1400.00 this seems very cri.inal or at the least a scam .please let me know

@brobbins1966 < a seller saying its extremely rare and asking 30,000.00 > Is that in U.S. dollars? If it's in Yen, it's still high but not so fantastically high. Sometimes I've seen sellers use a listing as a place holder, like they run out of the item so they revise the listing to an incredibly high amount to make sure that nobody buys it, and then when they get more of the item in stock, they return the price to the previous, reasonable amount. eBay says not to do that, but some sellers do it anyway. Not sayin' that's what's going on with the 30K, just speculating.

@brobbins1966. While sellers can ask any price they want or say that an item is rare smart buyers like yourself know to be cautious.
