jade figurine versus resin
I recently sold a jade figurine that I had a jeweler friend look at to authenticate. The buyer says his jeweler told him it is resin. He wants 50/60% refund. What should I do?

They are most likely fishing for a partial refund, which you do NOT have to issue.
This is what I would say>>>
Dear buyer I would be happy to approve a return and issue a refund as soon as I get the item back in the same exact condition as it was sent.

The buyer will need to file a Return Request for a full refund.
You are not obligated to provide partial refunds.
