I've shipped my item, the buyer has received it, and eBay's tracking information is not updating

As was said in the title. I sent the item and the buyer has received it. Ebay's tracking information is NOT updating. Until it says it is delivered I'm not getting my money.

Since you are an infrequent seller, Ebay can place a temporary hold on your payouts for UP TO 31 days.
