i've posted here before with no good info to problem
i bought a 5 hp electric motor from afangfangstore88 in october of 2023, and he advertises 3 year warranty, and i asked him bout it and he sent message he warranted it for a year, been over a month ago wrote him needing a replacement, no response, the community said should be info on sellers site bout warranty's but theres nothing unless is hidden some where, if it's posted then it should be accountable but this last time i will try this before shopping somewhere else,

Seller extended warranties are pretty much worthless - eBay does not enforce them, and I wish they did not allow sellers to make warranty claims. The eBay guarantee is for 30 days after receipt.
You could try contacting your card issuer to see if their buyer protection can help, although it might be too late for that, too.
