I've placed 5 orders this month and all have been frauds
Why does eBay allow so many frauds to happen on their site? I was told a supervisor would be reviewing my situation and would contacting me but I never received a call.

OP11 months agoAfter many hours of dealing with the shipping companies and eBay customer support, I’ve finally been refunded. However, eBay customer service has been terrible.
I was promised by an eBay supervisor that they would follow up earlier this week to help, since I’ve had 5 orders in-a-row that were frauds. But that promised call never came.

Mentor11 months agoWhen you experience problems with orders/purchases on Ebay, it is not necessary to contact customer service. You need to file a refund request or return request, depending on your situation.
