I've paid but Seller won't ship or refund.
Day 1: I ordered an item.
Day 2: Creditor reports item paid for.
Day 3: Seller creates label.
Day 6: Item still not shipped. I contacted seller. Seller stated that they can no longer get item, order should have been cancelled, and they need to contact eBay.
Day 6 or 7: I notice seller has "Ended" listing.
Day 7: Still no communication from eBay or seller. Contacted seller requesting action. Seller does not respond.
I can't find a way to communicate with a person at eBay about this. According to what I've read, eBay wants me to wait another week and then an option for eBay to intercede will appear in my purchases.
Any suggestions for getting this resolved sooner rather than later?
Thanks.

OP10 months agoI would have preferred lady_madonna simply answer, "I don't know how to resolve sooner rather than later" instead of restating eBay policies that I already read . . . which were all about getting help later not sooner.
I did find this post about how to contact an actual eBay representative that might have been helpful since seller stated they wouldn't be shipping.

Mentor10 months agoYou cannot take action until the latest estimated date of delivery has passed by at least one day.
IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
If the seller does not respond to the refund request, after 3 business days you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.
