I've had many problems (LATELY)
I am appalled I just received an email about my returns. I have returned 4 items and 5 on the way. However, in my time of having my account, I have never had these or any issues. I just brought a phone and the person is trying to scam me and eBay sent me a message as if I am out of order. Should I allow someone to take my money and not receive my phone because they said delivered? I reported the issue to USPS and they have no record and I sent the seller the case # from USPS. This was offensive to receive an email as if my track record did not matter. I have learned a valuable lesson look at peoples scores because before this year I had never had a problem I didn't worry about that. I returned items that did not work as they were supposed to, one was the manufacturer telling me something that was not the case, my child ordered something and the last I want but I have not received it. Fine, I can buy from Amazon and Walmart.

Mentor2 years agoThe bots see that tracking states DELIVERED so you will automatically lose an Item Not Received case.
Take the tracking down to the carrier and have them check their GPS coordinates to see exactly where the package was delivered. If not to your address, the carrier should try and retrieve the package. Then you upload a copy of that letterhead into an appeal, to get your money back.

If it was to your address, the package may have been stolen. Contact the police department as well as your homeowners insurance.

OP2 years agoThe last item never even was tracked, I first called the USPS who also had no records of receiving the package. Plus we have the ring camera and the business under us has a camera. Unfortunately because I hadn’t had problems in the years I’ve been purchasing I too the automatic reply as personal. eBay was in my favor, thank you for the reply please ignore my rant.
