Once a Buyer has been refunded, eBay considers the case closed. You would no longer have access to the return label and are not required to return the item. The Seller is not charged for a return label that is not being used.
If the Seller still wants the item returned, they would need to send you a prepaid label via PayPal or Pirateship.
