I've decided I will no longer buy from this site myself, not until Ebay ACUTALLY gets serious.
This site has gone super down hill. It used to be that you would encounter like 1 or 2 scammers like every 10-50 purchases but lately it's now like a 50/50 and even the tactics I used to use to avoid them no longer work.
Then, on top of everything else, I haven't been able to contact anyone at Ebay, and I submitted a report for counterfiet goods because I recieved an item where in the picture they used the actual OEM product, but then when I got it something wasn't right. I took pictures and documented everything and the evidence beyond a reasonable doubt proves that it's counterfiet, yet the "investigation" into my claim came back and said they found no wrong doing.
I guess they just don't want people to buy here anymore, but no matter I guess? I'll just avoid this site like the plague now.

Mentor1 year agoGo to My ebay > Purchase History and select RETURN THIS ITEM. You have up to 30 days from receipt of the item. Select a reason. For Not as Described, you will need to click on More actions. The seller will have 3 days to reply. If no reply, then click the link to Ask ebay to step in. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and make sure the carrier scans the label. Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, s/he has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
If the seller is in another country s/he cannot send a shipping label good in the USA. S/he will have to send you enough funds, via Paypal, to cover the cost of return shipping. The other option is the seller refunds your full payment and does not require return of the item. Wait until day 4 for the seller to respond. If no response or refund, go back to the request on day 4 and click Ask ebay to help you, to force the refund.
