I've changed my mobile number and can't sign in.
I've always been able to sign into Ebay, but recently I've not been able to login, I've done the following:
1. Reset my password, checked there are no spelling errors, checked there is no mix-up of upper and lower cases, checked all symbols in password.
2. Tried to phone the number but I can't-as there is no option to on Ebay website-even with my mobile I can't phone as my phone hangs up. NO, I've not used any 'block unwanted calls, don't phone certain numbers' etc.
3. Tried to login and have taken my time to ensure all login details (that I've NEVER had an issue with before) are correct, have checked and rechecked.
4. Tried to login with other browsers.
5. Disabled all adblockers (yet I've never had an issue with any adblockers on Ebay).
6. Ensured my browsers and PC are up to date.
I still can't login into my old account and want to talk to an actual person-Amazon offer this so why is Ebay so terrible at this?

If you follow the "Need help signing in?" link on the page where you are prompted for your password or the "reset" option there, there should be a "contact" link specifically for users that cannot sign in or contact eBay by ordinary means.
