I purchased And is Model G Close curling shaver akakathy_1089(4423) It is not what it is on the picture! The on off button is missing and the blade is broken! When I tried to give my feed back I couldn't! It blocks any negative feed back!!!!!!

You need to decide what’s more important.
Leaving feedback or getting your money back.
If feedback is your main objective, you will have to wait 7 days for that.
If a refund is more your style, go to the listing and click on the Money Back Guarantee banner. Open a case for item not as described. The seller will have 3 or 4 days to send you a return label.
When the label comes, print it out and send it back. The seller will send the refund when the items gets back to them.
If the seller does not send a label, ask eBay to step in and you will be refunded.
Keep in mind, it can take your payment option a full billing cycle to give you the refund eBay sent on that day when you asked eBay to step in.
It’s always nice to reach out to the seller before you do anything else. At least give them a chance to make it right before you fire off negative feedback.
