Maybe you've retracted a bid on their listings, they blocked you and when you asked why, the couldn't remember.

·2 years agoWhat error message are you getting when you try (copy and paste the full text), or if no error message what circumstances lead you to your conclusion that you are unable to bid: what page are you on, what blanks do you fill and what links do you click, what happens next vs. what did you expect to happen?
